The UAE is keen to promote exchanges with Hong Kong in culture, education, and arts. Since 2017, the Consulate has participated in the annual Hong Kong Book Fair, the largest cultural event in Hong Kong, showcasing Emirati publications, literature, and artworks.
The Consulate also has a regular presence at the Asian Ethnic Cultural Performances organized by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, introducing the community and tourists to traditional Emirati culture, music, and the beauty of Arabic calligraphy.
In addition, the Consulate maintains close contact with local universities, and has collaborated with them in arranging lectures and workshops, as well as providing support in organizing field trips and exchanges for students.
