"Twajudi" is a service provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to facilitate communication with UAE nationals abroad, assist them, and coordinate their repatriation in case of an emergency or crisis.

Procedures: Customer’s Journey

  • Log into one of MoFA's smart channels via UAE Pass by entering your existing UAE Pass username and password, or create a new username.
  • From the "Individual Services" tab, select Twajudi. Then, click "Start Service" to enter your travel details and submit the application.
  • You will receive an SMS and an e-mail with a reference number confirming your registration.
