Parking Fines Exemption

The mission submits the request electronically through the Services for Foreign Missions on the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. After completing the procedures, a notification will be sent to the mission with the reference number to visit the diplomatic bodies licensing office at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to complete the remaining procedures.

Visit the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, click on Services for Foreign Missions, choose the "vehicle procedures" service, then select the required service. Fill out all fields, attach all required documents, and send the application.  MoFA will send a notification stating that the service is in progress. Upon completion, MoFA will send a notification with the reference number in order to visit the diplomatic bodies licensing office at the Ministry's Headquarters to complete the remaining procedures, or to report to the Integrated Transport Center to complete MAWAQiF procedures.

An official note from the foreign mission accredited to the UAE
A copy of the card of origin if the vehicle is registered under the mission’s name.
A copy of the vehicle's customs clearance certificate, if shipped from abroad.
A copy of the purchase contract from the agency or car showroom.
A copy of the ID card issued by MoFA.
A copy of the driver's license.
