The UAE nationals are allowed to acquire ownership of real estate; such as houses, apartments, buildings and all the elements that are fixed on the land for permanent use. The UAE citizens are not allowed to acquire a land except in cases prescribed by law.
The UAE nationals are allowed to drive in the Republic of Armenia only with an international driving license and with translated UAE driving license.
The UAE nationals are exempted from Armenian entry visa and they can stay 180 days during the year.
The validity of the passport should be more than six months.
