His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Abdullah bin Saeed Al Matrooshi - the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Romania met with Mr. Eduard Costin - Director of the Foreign Affairs Department of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania, and with Mr. Răzvan Pârvulescu - Head of the Bilateral Relations Office of the Chamber, in the presence of Mr. Mihail Toncea/ President of the Association of Romanian Aeronautical Companies, Mr. Catalin Nae - General Manager of the National Institute of Aerospace Research ”ELIE CARAFOLI”, as well as of the technical director of the institute.
During the meeting, the two parties discussed prospects for strengthening the cooperation relations, as well as the joint work between the United Arab Emirates and Romania, in fields related to the air transportation and space sectors, which are of interest to both friendly countries.
In this context, the UAE ambassador assured the Romanian side of His full support for both the development of the cooperation relations and the possibilities of exchange of experience in this sector, given the lasting expertise the two countries have, in this field.
