1. If you are outside the UAE and the amount has been deducted from your account, please bring the supporting documents to the UAE Embassy or Mission in your country to attest to the transaction.
2. If you are within the UAE, please use the refund service (Electronic Refund) on our website.
Required attachments for individuals and companies are as follows:
Outside the UAE:
1. The Receipt (to be refunded).
2. The Bank statement shows the deducted amount.
3. Passport Copy.
Within the UAE (Emirates ID card holder):
1. The Receipt (to be refunded).
2. The Bank statement shows the deducted amount.
3. Emirates ID number.
4. IBAN
5. On attestation twice, please attach a copy of the completed transaction + transaction receipt.
Q. What are the steps to complete the payment process?
1. Log into MoFAIC website or the Smart Mobile App: (UAE MOFAIC) using your username and password.
2. Select (My Applications) tasks.
3. You can see the table showing (Applicant Card, Reference Number, E-service Name, E-service Status, Application Date, and Date of the Last Action).
4. Click on your Application Number, which starts with (ATS-202XXXXXX). The page will update automatically.
5. Certificates: You can see the table showing (Place of Issue, Certificate Type, and Number).
6. In the same table, you can complete the payment process.
