Terms and Conditions:
The lucky draw will be held live during the webinar on 20 October 2021, organized by the Consulate General of the United Arab Emirates in the HKSAR and sponsored by Emirates Airline. By participating in the lucky draw, the participants shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Eligibility: permanent and non-permanent residents of HKSAR holding valid Hong Kong Identity Card
*Employees of the UAE Consulate General and their family members are not eligible to participate.
Registration:
Eligible participants must register for the webinar via (link) in order to enter the lucky draw. They must provide their name and email in order to successfully register.
Upon successful registration, each eligible participant will get one lucky draw chance. Duplicated registrations will be disregarded.
Prize:
The lucky draw winner will be drawn randomly on 20 October 2021 among the registered eligible participants, and the result will be announced live. He/she will receive two economy class round-trip tickets (Hong Kong – Dubai – Hong Kong) subject to usage conditions as follows:
The tickets are non-redeemable for cash and must be used according to the terms and conditions set by Emirates Airline
The tickets’ issue date must be no later than 31 March 2022.
The winner is liable for all taxes that apply on the tickets.
Redeeming of the prize:
Redemption details will be sent to the winner via the email address provided upon registration, and he/she will be required to register his/her passport name with the relevant office at Emirates Airline in Hong Kong within two weeks after the webinar.
The Organizer and Sponsor shall accept no responsibility for not being able to contact the winner in case the information provided by the winner is inaccurate.
In case of failure to redeem the prize within the given amount of time, the winner with have his/her prize forfeited. The Organization reserves the right to deal with the forfeited prize in any manner deemed fit.
Personal data:
Personal Data collected from an Eligible Participant for registration of the Lucky Draw will only be used for enrollment, administration, winner announcement / communication and other related purposes to the lucky draw.
The Organizer has the sole and absolute discretion in, according to the relevant clauses of these terms and conditions, determining a person's eligibility to enter the lucky draw and/or receive any prize.
All interpretations of these terms and conditions shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Organizer. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with the lucky draw, the decision of the Organizer shall be final and conclusive.
