His Excellency Ambassador Hamad Mohammed Humaid AlJneibi was appointed as an Approved Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates in the Republic of Sudan since 18th of May 2015 and the following is a job summary of his excellency: - Name: Hamad Mohammed Humaid Salem AlJneibi - DOB: 01 July 1970 Qualification: High diploma in diplomatic and strategic studies from the Sorbonne University- Paris Work and career experience: • October 3rd 1989 – August 1990 - Secretarial and Arab Affairs Department in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Administration • August 1990 – March 1995 - Office of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs • April 11th 1991 - Appointed in the diplomatic corps with the rank of diplomatic attaché • September 1992 – December 1992 - Participation in the 45th session of the United Nations • July 30th 1993 - Promoted to the rank of third secretary • March 1995 – August 1998 - Joined the UAE Embassy in Paris, responsible for financial and administrative affairs and then Head of the Consular department of the embassy • September 1998 – June 2001 - Transferred to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs - General Department of Financial and Administrative Affairs • July 20th 2000 - Promoted to the rank of Second Secretary • June 9th 2001 – July 26th 2003 - Joined the UAE Embassy in Khartoum - Sudan as the Deputy of Head of mission • July 2003 – August 2007 - Joined the UAE Embassy in Damascus – Syria as the Deputy of Head of mission • July 20th 2006 - Promoted to the rank of First Secretary • September 2007 – October 2008 - Transferred to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Arab Affairs Department - Head of the Arab Orient Department and assigned with the duties of the Decisions of the Supreme Committee of the Forum for the Future 3rd session • October 6th 2008 – June 29th 2009 - Transferred to the Office of the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs • June 2009 – May 27th 2012 - Joined the UAE Embassy in Riyadh – Saudi Arabia as Deputy of Head of mission • February 9th 2012 - Promoted to the rank of Counselor • July 2012 – April 9th 2015 - Joined the UAE Embassy in Beirut - Lebanon, and was appointed head of the mission as the Chargé d'Affairs • April 7th 2015 - Promoted to the rank of Minister Counselor • May 19th 2016 – September 18th 2017 - Appointed as a non-resident Ambassador of UAE in the Republic of Chad • May 18th 2015 – Until now - Began the duties as the Ambassador of UAE in Khartoum - Republic of Sudan • H.E.
