Modify ID Card Data

This service allows foreign missions to apply for renewal of diplomatic, international organizations, and special identity cards for employees and their families, through MoFA website. The renewal shall be applied for to modify ID data such as job title or passport number.

Service Procedures

• Login to MoFA website or Smart Mobile App.
  
  
• Select Foreign Missions Services. Then click Data Modification Service, as per ID card type.
  
  
• Fill in the fields and attach required documents.
  
  
• The mission will receive a Reference Number.
  
  
• The mission will receive an Email confirming that the card is ready and will be sent via the courier.
