The Consulate General of the UAE in Melbourne, organised a Commemoration Day event, where the UAE flag was lowered at 8:00am, followed by a minute of silent prayer at 11:30am, then raising the flag and playing the UAE national anthem, in recognition of the sacrifices of our courageous martyrs, who gave their souls to keep UAE flag always flown high. And future generations will continue to draw lessons from their sacrifices of dedication for the sake of the nation and its elevation.
