The UAE Consulate General in the HKSAR participated in the Hong Kong Book Fair 2022, organized annually by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council and considered one of the most important cultural events in the region, with the 2022 edition receiving more than 850,000 visitors in total.
The Consulate's booth at the Book Fair was themed "Emirates: Culture and Heritage", featuring the history, culture and heritage of the UAE by providing traditional Emirati dress for visitors to try on and take photos, an immersive experience that attracted hundreds.
In addition, the Consulate also displayed books in different languages about UAE culture and history, while also providing information about the UAE's founding, social customs and famous tourist attracts, encouraging visitors to make the UAE their next travel destination for work, investment and leisure.
