The UAE Embassy in Bucharest, in cooperation with the Special Olympics Foundation in Romania, launched the first of a series of virtual meetings between Emirati athletes and Romanian Special Olympics athletes, in order to encourage the participation of People of Determination in sports programs and competitions and to enhance the role of sports in the process of integrating People of Determination, through constructive dialogue with Emirati athletes. In the first episode, the Emirati bodybuilding champion / Syed Ahmed Abdullah Al-Awadi, who participated in the Romania Muscle Fest, answered the questions of four Romanian athletes from Special Olympics.
