With a view to encouraging Romanian businessmen to invest in the United Arab Emirates, His Excellency Dr. Ahmed bin Saeed Al Matrooshi, the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Romania, met with representatives of the National Authority of Sea Ports in Romania, in the presence of Mr. Cosmin Carstea – CEO of DP World Constanta and DP World Logistics Romania, and the members of the board of directors of the company.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed prospects for strengthening the cooperation and joint work between the UAE and Romania in fields related to investments and maritime transport.
Furthermore, the parties tackled means of intensifying and encouraging the exchange of expertise between the two friendly countries in the field of maritime transport, analyzing, at the same time, the investment opportunities available in the United Arab Emirates and Romania, in this sector, with the aim of serving the common interests of both countries.
