His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE President, awarded H.E. Jaime Alejandro Amín Hernández, Ambassador of the Republic of Colombia to the UAE, the Medal of Independence of First Order on the occasion of his end of tenure as ambassador to the country.
Her Excellency Reem bint Ebrahim Al Hashimy, Minister of State for International Cooperation, presented the medal to Amin. Her Excellency stressed the UAE's keenness to strengthen relations with Colombia in all fields, praising the ambassador's contributions to developing relations and advancing bilateral cooperation during his tenure. Al Hashimy thanked Amin for his efforts and wished him success.
