H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, has received Ioannis Kasoulides, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cyprus, and discussed the UAE-Cypriot strategic relations, and ways to develop cooperation between the two friendly countries in various fields.
During a dinner meeting in Abu Dhabi, the two top officials also reviewed some regional and international issues of common interest.
Sheikh Abdullah welcomed the visit of Minister Kasoulides, stressing the depth of the UAE-Cypriot ties and their eagerness to foster cooperation in light of the strategic partnership that brings together the two friendly countries.
Kasoulides, in turn, affirmed his country's pride in the strategic relations with the UAE and its aspiration to push them broader, thus contributing to a more prosperous future.
