Airport Entry Permit Cancellation

This service is available to missions that wish to cancel an airport entry permit

Customer’s Journey (Clarification)

 The mission applies for the cancellation of existing airport entry permits on MOFA Website: www.mofa.gov.ae or via the Smart Mobile App: (UAE MoFA) using the following steps:

• Enter the username and password.
• Select the type of permit you wish to cancel (permanent – temporary) and the relevant airport (Abu Dhabi – Dubai).
• Enter the number of the permit you wish to cancel and attach a copy of the permit, then deliver the original permit along with an official memo from the mission addressed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• The mission will receive a notification that its request is under process.
• MOFA will send the original permit to the Security Permits Section at the Sky Park building in Abu Dhabi International Airport, and to the Security Clearance Section in Dubai International Airport.
• The process is then completed and the mission will be notified of the permit cancellation
