Visas - Citizens
UAE citizens holding diplomatic, official and service passports are granted entry visas upon arrival to Rwanda free of charge.
UAE citizens holding regular passports are granted entry visas upon arrival in Rwanda and are exempt from applying and paying entry visa fees online or at the Rwandan embassy in Abu Dhabi before departure.
UAE citizens holding regular passports are also required to pay entry visa fees upon arrival in Rwanda, set at 50 US dollars.
Visas-Foreigners
Holders of diplomatic, official and service passports of the Republic of Rwanda receive the free UAE visa upon arrival.
Rwandan citizens with ordinary passports who are planning a trip to United Arab Emirates are required to apply for an electronic travel authorization (eTA or e-Visa) before entering United Arab Emirates.
