In the wake of cultural cooperation between Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates and in conjunction with the "Year of Zayed", the Consulate General of the United Arab Emirates in Karachi held a rare photos exhibition of the late Sheikh Zayed, "May Allah rest his soul in peace", at the consulate premises attended by His Excellency Imran Ismail, the Governor of Sindh Province, and senior Pakistani officials and military leaders who praised the brotherly historical relations established by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and his important role in promoting and developing the long-standing ties and close brotherly ties between Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates.
Also the Consulate General in celebration of the 48th National Day had presented a cultural show of UAE and Pakistani heritage that was displayed by Al Awaid Al-Harbiah Group and the Pakistani Hamza Qawwal band.
Beside that The Consulate General on the occasion of the Year of Tolerance planted "Ghaf tree" which symbolizes tolerance, and also promotional activities for the Expo Dubai 2020 exhibition, which was reported by many Pakistani news media.
